I would be classed a minority, and I could get grants and contracts through my business based on that. I have NEVER done so. I have worked with a company that is "minority owned" and they tried to advise me on how to get contracts using my "race". F that. I use my brain and skills. I have rarely experienced racism, and when I do, I brush it off. I know it's the attackers insecurity that causes him/her to blurt crap out. I respect thinkers.
